Our project at Upward Spiral involved the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a Motor Control Center (MCC) for the entire plant, a prominent gold mining company. This comprehensive project included PLC programming and SCADA design and implementation to ensure seamless operations and enhanced efficiency across the plant.

The Problem

Upward Spiral faced significant challenges with their outdated control systems, which led to frequent downtime, inefficient operations, and increased maintenance costs. The Solution

• Design and Supply: Created a custom-designed Motor Control Center (MCC) to control and manage the electrical motors across the entire plant.

The Process
