Our project at the Sasol Secunda plant involved the design and commissioning of a smart control system for the gas filling system. This project, executed for our esteemed client Airliquid, utilized Delta PLCs and HMIs to create an efficient and reliable control panel. Additionally, we implemented a remote control system for enhanced monitoring, early malfunction detection, and easy remote troubleshooting.
The Problem
The Sasol Secunda plant faced challenges with its existing gas filling system, which lacked modern control and monitoring capabilities.
